Our rooms feature custom-made natural wood furniture, mountain views, Wi-Fi, a safe, HD TV and child-friendly facilities including a night light, changing table and bathrobes. All rooms come with wooden floors. The sockets are child-safe with additional protection.

Every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. you can indulge in our beauty and massage treatments. There is also a selection of tailor-made treatments for our younger guests.

Check-in from 3.00 p.m., check-out by 10.30 a.m. Late check-out until 6.00 p.m. subject to availability. The surcharge is half of the current daily room rate. We kindly ask for your understanding that late check-outs can only be booked on site.

For your explorations in and around Malbun we hire out e-mountain bikes with child trailers as well as mountain scooters (from 12 years) for a fee.

One parking space per room is reserved for you in the Gorfion parking deck in the underground garage at the entrance to the village. On your arrival day your parking space is available from 2 p.m., and on your departure day until 1 p.m. We’ll shuttle you to and from the hotel in our Mouse Mobile. There are also e-charging stations available for a fee.

By prior arrangement, you’re very welcome to bring your four-legged friend for CHF 60 per night (excluding food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, in the spa & wellness area, at the outdoor pool or in the children’s areas, and that dogs must be kept on a lead both in the hotel and in Malbun. Furthermore, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept dogs listed on the so-called breed list “potentially dangerous dogs”.
