Malbun & Liechtenstein

A small country and a mountain valley that makes families light up

In the heart of Europe – between Switzerland and Austria – lies a hidden natural gem: the Principality of Liechtenstein. Surrounded by powerful peaks, sometimes deep in snow and sometimes bathed in sunshine, you’ll find Malbun, an idyllic mountain village at 1,600 metres above sea level. Up here, the air is clearer, time slows down and holiday happiness grows.

The name Malbun comes from Rhaeto-Romanic and means “beautiful, fertile valley”. And honestly, you’d be hard pressed to find a better compliment for our little paradise.

Malbun is rustic, warm-hearted and full of life at the same time. This is where alpine idyll, living traditions and modern family friendliness all come together.
