Your Role with Us
You’ll be responsible for the entire housekeeping department and will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and quality. At the same time, you’ll actively help shape the structures, standards, and workflows for the reopening

Your Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and training the housekeeping and cleaning team, as well as scheduling and organizing daily operations based on hotel occupancy
• Chemical-free cleaning using our modern dry steam cleaners

• Inspecting and approving cleaned rooms for handover to the front desk, and ensuring a well-maintained, high-quality hotel experience

• Coordinating internal and external linen services, managing inventory levels, and ordering and cost-effectively utilizing cleaning supplies, linens, guest amenities, and consumables

• Monitoring hygiene, safety, and quality standards, and working closely with the front desk, housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and management

• Reliably forwarding and tracking repair and maintenance requests

What You Bring to the Table

• Several years of housekeeping experience, ideally in a leadership role within the upscale 4- or 5-star hotel industry
• Leadership experience, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to quality, as well as a keen eye for cleanliness, order, and detail
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, even during periods of high volume, as well as clear and respectful leadership
• Reliability, discretion, and a business-minded approach.
• Good command of German; additional languages are a plus
