Your Role with Us

Your Responsibilities
- Professional delivery of various massage treatments in accordance with your training, experience, and the range of treatments offered
- Warm welcome, personalized care, and farewell for our spa guests
- Providing expert advice on treatments and actively promoting treatments tailored to guests’ needs
- Preparing and cleaning up treatment rooms, and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant atmosphere
- Accurate recording, booking, and billing of treatments performed
What You Bring to the Table
- Completed training as a massage therapist and in-depth knowledge of various massage techniques
- Solid understanding of treatment and procedure protocols, along with a meticulous and professional approach to work
- A communicative, warm personality with a strong focus on service and consultation
- A very well-groomed appearance, a sense of responsibility, and discretion
- Good command of German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
