Your Role with Us
You’ll provide professional service to our guests at the bar and ensure smooth, high-quality bar operations—from preparation to closing out.


Your Responsibilities

• Providing charming, attentive, and professional service and advice to our guests
• Planning, preparing, and organizing smooth daytime and evening operations at the bar
• Expert preparation of classic cocktails, long drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as the development of new creations
• Responsibility for accurate bookkeeping, invoicing, cash management, and accounting
• Adherence to our service, quality, hygiene, and safety standards, as well as cost-conscious use of supplies

What You Bring to the Table

• Completed culinary training or equivalent professional experience working behind the bar
• A passion for service, beverages, and personalized guest care
• A confident, assured, and well-groomed demeanor with a positive attitude
• A structured, responsible, and cost-conscious approach to work, as well as flexibility and the ability to handle pressure
• Very good German and good English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
