Your Role with Us
You’ll plan and lead a variety of activities for children of different age groups. In doing so, you’ll create a safe, caring environment where children feel comfortable and families know their children are in good hands.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently planning, preparing, conducting, and following up on activities both on and off the hotel grounds for children ages 0 to 15
• Encouraging and motivating children to participate, as well as providing age-appropriate supervision of the groups
• Continuously developing the children’s and youth program with creative and seasonal offerings
• Providing responsible supervision while consistently prioritizing safety, fulfilling your duty of care, and addressing individual needs
• Depending on your qualifications, conducting swimming lessons in small groups or private sessions

What You Bring to the Table

• A genuine passion for working with toddlers, children, and youth, as well as relevant childcare experience
• Experience in a similar position or training in early childhood education is a plus
• A sense of responsibility, reliability, team spirit, and an open approach to interacting with people
• Creativity, the ability to improvise, and flexibility in the lively day-to-day environment of a family hotel
• Very good German and good English skills; a first-aid course for infants and toddlers, as well as swimming instructor certification, are a plus
