Your Role with Us
You’ll support our kids’ club team in planning and carrying out a varied program and learn how to responsibly supervise children of different age groups in ways appropriate for their age.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of activities both on and off the hotel grounds
• Actively engaging, motivating, and supervising the participating children
• Helping with creative, athletic, and playful activities for different age groups
• Helping to prepare and organize the activity rooms and materials
• Collaborating with the kids’ club team and gradually taking on your own responsibilities under supervision

What You Bring to the Table

• A genuine passion for working with toddlers, children, and teens
• Some experience in childcare; ideally, you’re currently pursuing a degree in early childhood education
• A sense of responsibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn new things
• Team spirit, openness, creativity, a knack for improvisation, and flexibility
• Very good German and good English skills; a first-aid course for infants and toddlers is a plus
