Your Role with Us
You’ll ensure that guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained, thereby making a significant contribution to the quality and overall impression of our hotel. You’ll handle guest requests attentively, reliably, and warmly.
Your Responsibilities
- Daily, thorough cleaning and preparation of guest rooms in accordance with our quality standards
- Cleaning and maintaining the hotel’s public areas
- Restocking and checking guest amenities and consumables, as well as reporting any damage or technical issues
- Prompt and friendly handling of guest requests in collaboration with the front desk and other departments
- Assisting with laundry, ironing, and other housekeeping tasks
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in a similar position is a plus; dedicated career changers are welcome
- A strong sense of order, cleanliness, and quality, as well as a keen eye for detail
- Warmth, friendliness, a willingness to help, and good manners
- A reliable, independent, and meticulous work ethic, as well as flexibility regarding work hours
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- A well-groomed appearance and a commitment to clear standards are required
